The Story so far…

Luiggino “Lui” Joseph Galletto III comes from a family of proud immigrants with a surname translation of Little Rooster. They have strived to create the American Dream not only for themselves, but for all communities they touch. Frequently described as “a tide that lifts all boats”, his passion and drive are keystones to any initiative he oversees.

While starting his career in customer service, moving to retirement planning, and now with over a decade working in Development & Strategy in the entertainment industry, he has had the opportunity to be mentored by Fortune 500 C-Suite executives and industry leaders. He has made a career in listening to the needs of others, and executing upon them. This foresight and understanding, combined with analytic review, come across in both his project design and relationship management with consumers and clients alike.

From public housing in New York City, to the country fields of the Carolinas and Alabama, he slowly has made his way out West until he married his wife, and moved to Novato after he joined Lucasfilm. He currently resides in District 4 in the community near Scottsdale Pond.

In his free time, he is a member on Novato’s Design Review Commission and mentoring students at The Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
